Development: Knowing I can lock down my opponent for two turns once I get ferocious on is great to know right from the beginning.

Parity: Unbelievably powerful in a stalled board. Icy Blast will most likely win from this state.

Winning: Keep your opponent on the back foot and swing for the win.

Losing: If your board is empty you can buy yourself a turn to draw an answer.

I love Icy Blast and will not pass it up. It’s a game winner and certainly worthy of a first pick.
