My Pick
[draft]take up arms[/draft]
How do you evaluate Take Up Arms? Let’s see.
Development: Three instant 1/1’s can really develop your board.
Parity: A few extra chump blockers will help stall your opponent. Or they could be used to turn the corner on your enemy.
Winning: Three extra attackers when you’re ahead is never a bad thing.
Losing: While not a game turning card you can buy yourself a few turns to draw into answers.
Take Up Arms was my pick of this pack because it is mono color which keeps us open. Chief of the Scale is two color and Jeskai Ascendancy is three which at significantly harder to draft around when picked first.
