At its worst Hoarding Dragon is an Air Elemental. This passes the Vanilla Test with flying colors and is worth playing.
The fact you get the benefit of tutoring up an artifact is just a bonus. The card doesn’t say you need to reveal the artifact, so that’s nice.
Hoarding Dragon is a great way to fill out your curve. Big, beefy fliers are always nice to have.
(Can you imagine a turn 3 Hoarding Dragon with haste because of Generator Servant? Lol, yes please!)
