Packs like these test your skill. When there is no clear bomb to first pick you really need to think about the direction you want to go.
The good thing is there is no need to stay in the color you first pick, if better options come your way, go for it.
I went with Ulcerate on this one because the instant speed removal is nice, but keep in mind that hit of 3 life makes a big difference the closer to 0 you are.
