Athreos, God of Passage makes combat a real pain for you opponent. Being able to get your creatures back unless your opponent pays 3 life is great in Limited.
Eventually your opponent won’t be able to pay the life and you’ll start reusing your army which will grind your opponent into the ground.
Athreos, God of Passage is definately the first pick from this pack. Being able to play him on turn 3 is also super powerful and gives you his utility for the entire game.
